ADMISSION NOTICE FOR CLASS ONE

DAY SCHOLAR (ONLY)

Academic Session 2025-2026

Admissions are open exclusively for (boys) Class One at St. Joseph’s College, Nainital, for the session 2025-26. Limited seats are available.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION

· Visit the school website www.stjosephscollege.in and click on the online application for admission to Class 1 Day Scholar.

· Fill the application form online. (This is available from 1 ^st to 12 ^th September, 2024)

· Submission of Form along with the following documents will be on 13 ^th & 14 ^th September, 2024 from 10am to 11:30am (at the gate)

· Make an Online Payment for the registration of Rs. 7000/-(Rs. Seven Thousand Only) which is non-refundable. Details of payment are available on the application form.

· Registration does not guarantee the right of admission; the school management reserves the right of admission.

· A written assessment will be conducted at our school on Sunday 22 ^nd September, 2024 from 09:30am. The syllabus has been uploaded on our website for the same.

· Parents are warned that they may be approached for 'donation' or a 'professional fee' to guarantee admission for their child. Please do not deal with such people. No donations are accepted, and admissions are solely based on the assessment made through the test,

The following documents are required at the time of submitting your son’s Registration Form.

1. Printout of the Registration Form

2. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate

3. Photocopy of the last year’s Report card

4. Photocopy of Aadhar cards (child’s, Father’s and Mother’s)

5. Photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)

6. Photocopy of Baptism Certificate (if Christian)
